Is this for you?

This course is for you if:
• You suspect — or already know — you have ADHD, especially if you were only diagnosed or evaluated as an adult
• You've spent years compensating with systems that work until they suddenly don't, and you're ready for something more sustainable
• You were recently diagnosed or re-evaluated during a major hormonal shift — postpartum, perimenopause, or another transition — and want to understand why symptoms changed
• You want real, evidence-informed non-medication tools — whether you can't take stimulant medication, are still waiting on a diagnosis, or want tools that work alongside what your prescriber has already started
This course isn't for you if:
• You're looking for a diagnosis or a treatment plan — this is education, not a substitute for your own provider
• You're currently in a mental health crisis — please reach out to a provider, crisis line, or emergency services first
Your Instructor
Family Nurse Practitioner & Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
I'm dual board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner — a combination that lets me look at adult ADHD the way it actually shows up in women: as both a neurodevelopmental issue and a mental-health one, often tangled up with hormones, anxiety, and years of masking. I built this course after seeing the same pattern over and over in practice: women told they were "just anxious" or "too sensitive," dismissed for years, then finally diagnosed in their 30s, 40s, or later — often during a hormonal transition that stripped away the coping systems they'd built. My goal here is to give you the clinical picture most women never get, plus practical, non-medication tools you can start using today.

FAQ section
Everything you need to know before enrolling.
No. This is educational content designed to help you understand your own body and mind, and to prepare you for better conversations with your own provider. It doesn't create a provider-patient relationship and isn't a substitute for individualized medical or psychiatric care.
Not at all — that's part of the point. Module 2 will help you get clarity on your own pattern before you ever need a diagnosis.
Lifetime access. Hormonal shifts — postpartum, perimenopause, or another transition — can change how your ADHD symptoms show up over time, so you can revisit any module as your needs shift.
Great — this course is designed to complement that relationship, especially Module 3, which helps you get more out of those appointments.
Please don't wait on this course — contact your provider, a crisis line, or emergency services right away.
Important
This course is educational content created by a licensed nurse practitioner, not individualized medical or psychiatric care. Enrolling does not create a provider-patient relationship. It's designed to help you understand adult ADHD in women as it actually presents and apply general, evidence-informed, non-medication strategies, and to help you have a more informed conversation with your own care team — it is not a substitute for a formal diagnostic evaluation, medication guidance from your prescribing provider, or individualized mental health treatment. If your symptoms are severe, worsening, or include thoughts of self-harm, please contact your medical provider, a mental health provider, or a crisis line rather than relying on this course alone. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.) or call 911. This course does not provide individualized medication advice or recommend for or against any specific treatment — always talk with your own prescriber about what's right for you.
