Welcome - I'm So Glad You're Here

Your mind and body were never meant to be treated separately.

I'm Dana Foster, a dual-licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Over years of clinical practice, I've sat with patients whose bodies and minds were both asking for help — and too often, the healthcare system only had room to treat one at a time.

Fostered Healthcare exists because I believe whole-person wellness isn't a luxury; it's the standard of care every person deserves. Every course here is built from real clinical experience: evidence-based, compassionate, and designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether that's navigating perimenopause, recovering from burnout, healing after a toxic workplace, or simply learning to care for your nervous system the way you'd care for anyone you love.

Thank you for trusting me with a part of your wellness journey. I'm honored to walk alongside you.
