You're Not Losing Your Mind. Your Hormones Are.

A 6-module self-paced course from a dual-licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner — for women who are done being told “it's just stress.”

If you've been feeling like a different version of yourself — more anxious, more irritable, foggier, and increasingly unable to explain why — you're not imagining it, and you're not alone. Perimenopause changes your brain chemistry, not just your cycle, and most women get almost no real guidance on the mental and emotional side of that transition.

This course was built by a nurse practitioner licensed in both family medicine and psychiatric mental health — a combination that lets it cover what almost no other perimenopause resource can: the hormone science, the mental health science, and how to get taken seriously by your own provider, all in one place.

Contents

Companion Workbook (Download)

Module 1: The Hormone–Brain Connection

Why fluctuating estrogen and progesterone directly affect mood, anxiety, and cognitive fog in perimenopause — the neuroscience behind "I don't feel like myself," explained in plain language, plus how to tell hormonal shifts apart from an unrelated mood or health issue.

Module 1: The Hormone–Brain Connection

Module 2: Decoding Your Symptoms

A guided self-assessment for mapping your own symptom pattern — mood, sleep, cycle changes, brain fog, and physical symptoms — so you can see what's actually connected to perimenopause versus what deserves its own workup.

Module 2: Decoding Your Symptoms

Module 3: The Advocacy Toolkit

How to walk into a doctor's appointment prepared: the exact language that gets hormonal symptoms taken seriously, questions to ask about testing and treatment options, and a script for when you feel dismissed.

Module 3: The Advocacy Toolkit

Module 4: Daily Nervous System Regulation

A menu of in-the-moment regulation tools — breathwork, grounding techniques, and quick resets — for anxiety spikes, irritability, or overwhelm, built to fit into a busy day rather than requiring a silent room and 20 minutes.

Module 4: Daily Nervous System Regulation

Module 5: Sleep, Nutrition & Movement Levers

The three physiological levers with the most influence on perimenopausal mood and energy: a consistent sleep routine, blood-sugar-steadying nutrition habits, and movement patterns that support — rather than deplete — a shifting hormonal system.

Module 5: Sleep, Nutrition & Movement Levers

Module 6: Your Personal Plan

Turning everything from Modules 1–5 into one sustainable 90-day plan with built-in check-in points, so you're not just informed — you have a concrete path forward and know when it's time to loop in your provider again.

Module 6: Your Personal Plan

Is this for you?

Who this course is for

See both lists below before you decide.

This course is for you if:

• You're in your late 30s through 40s and noticing new anxiety, rage, brain fog, or mood swings

• You've been told your labs are "normal" but you know something has changed

• You want to understand the actual biology before your next doctor's appointment

• You want practical tools you can start using today, not just an explanation

This course isn't for you if:

• You're looking for a diagnosis or a treatment plan — this is education, not a substitute for your own provider

• You're currently in a mental health crisis — please reach out to a provider, crisis line, or emergency services first

Family Nurse Practitioner & Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I'm dual-licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner — a combination that lets me treat perimenopause the way it actually shows up: as both a hormonal transition and a mental health one. I built this course after seeing the same pattern over and over in practice: women told their labs were "normal" while their mood, sleep, and sense of self were unraveling, with no one connecting the two. My goal here is to give you the clinical picture most providers only see half of, plus the practical tools to advocate for yourself and start feeling like yourself again.

FAQ section

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before enrolling.

Is this the same as therapy or medical care?

No. This is educational content designed to help you understand your own body and mind, and to prepare you for better conversations with your own provider. It doesn't create a provider-patient relationship and isn't a substitute for individualized medical or psychiatric care.

Do I need a diagnosis before taking this course?

Not at all — that's part of the point. Module 2 will help you get clarity on your own pattern before you ever need a diagnosis.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime access. Perimenopause is a multi-year transition, so you can revisit any module as your symptoms shift.

What if I'm already seeing a provider about this?

Great — this course is designed to complement that relationship, especially Module 3, which helps you get more out of those appointments.

What if I'm in crisis right now?

Please don't wait on this course — contact your provider, a crisis line, or emergency services right away.

Important

A quick note before you enroll

This course is educational content, not medical or psychiatric advice, and enrolling does not create a provider-patient relationship. It's designed to help you understand your own body and mind and have better conversations with your own provider — not to replace that relationship. If you're in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, please contact a crisis line or emergency services rather than relying on this course.
